Instead of being introduced to DHI by their senior colleagues, the new recruits took the lead in this year’s Reverse Orientation, answering interesting and thought-provoking questions on DHI’s mandates, systems, culture, and values.

The lively Q&A-style session made for an interactive and insightful exchange, where both new and experienced team members learned from each other while reinforcing a shared understanding of DHI’s purpose and work.
